Framework:symmetric prestressed framework of good rigidity made of nodular castiron.

Electric control system:consisits of Omron PLC,man-machine interface,linear encoders and executive devices:upgradeable and convenient to connect with company's manufacture network.

Rolling spindle:consists of the roll,slewing of the round rolling device and slider.

Rolling arbor:kinematic pairs of the rolling arbor are self-lubricated:easy to adjust and maintain.

Lubrication system:automatic centralized lubrication system ensures the lubrication of the working parts.

Man machine interface:LCD with English and Chinese can displays the working state and setting the size.

Feed system:adopts servo motor,reducer and ball screw to control the size precision of ring.

Support roller; adopts following slider easy to disasemble and adjust.

Hydraulic system:independent installation with main imported components;fitted with cooling device(may fitted with heating device to cold area).
