    MB551W TENSIONLESS INSPECTION AND ROLLING MACHINE is mainly used for knitting and non-woven fabrics that require no pull inspecting and rolling in full width.It allows to feed fabric in roll or folded way.

   FEATURES

• Applies multi-group inverters for stepless and syn chronous speed sdjustment.
• Multi-group light rollers with adjustable lifting to regulate speed of each motor group respectively for a tensionless feeding and rolling of the fabric.
• Photoelectric device for automatic edge-alignment.
• Length-counter meter or a mendable electronic length counting meter (allows to count,fix and totalize the length in meter or yard as wellas display the inspecting-rolling speed);
• Pioneering system in China-a roller speed differential device for free adjustment of the tension of the fabrics under inspecting and rolling.
• Operation box freely turnable,easy and comfortable operation.
• Fitted with an electronic device for the counting of the multi-kind defects at same time,which is helpful to the operator in the holding of statistics and sorting of the fabrics.
